gay/bisexual men, gay/bisexual youth, high-risk women of color, and homeless/marginally  housed individuals." Provider of Services to persons with HIV and AIDS within Sacramento community. M - F 9 - 5p.m., Sat. 12 - 3p.m. Includes a volunteer "Driving or Rides" program to assist you in reaching your Doctor, Case Manager and to other places that you may need to go. "Food Delivery", "Household Help", "Outreach", and "SNAP" program  that "recruits breast cancer survivors to become Navigator/Advocates for women recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer."
