Free Household Products through Reuse Program 4450 Roseville Road in North Highlands and is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. The North Area Recovery Station (NARS) offers free household products to all residents and companies through its Reuse Closet. Assist as ESL MENTORS which often consists of simply spending some regular time (perhaps an hour a week) sitting down with a refugee to review and practice speaking English. Greet newly arriving refugees at the airport to welcome them to United States and then provide initial resettlement services to refugees for three to six months after arrival.
