Tip: Always find out if your application is for the entire complex or just the unit you are applying for, because some apartment complexes charge a "credit check fee" for each applicant even after the first applicant is eligible. You may even ask if there are applicants before you, and if they will not tell you how many people are ahead of you, then you may be wasting your credit check fee.
