Subsidized outpatient drug and alcohol rehab treatment center referrals to 18 and over with ID and proof of residency. Begin here for subsidized (free) outpatient drug-alcohol treatment services. For any outpatient alcohol or drug rehab subsidized (free) treatment program you will need to go to the AOD and complete an intake.
