Clients referred by and authorized for services by the Sacramento County Adult or Child and Family ACCESS Teams. Adult program: Counseling for individual, family and group sessions are available. We encourage family participation whenever possible, but also work on a one-to-one basis. Includes medication management, Case management and Groups are conducted for women, men, ethnic monolingual clients, and teens. Children Program: Mental health services are provided with sensitivity to the client's family context, with a genuine commitment to the importance of the child's family and caregivers to treatment outcomes. Collaborates with the Sacramento City and Galt Unified School District to provide mental health services to students and their families.
Senior program: Designed to help seniors over the age of fifty five develop self sufficiency by providing culturally sensitive and appropriate case management services, home visits, referrals to resources in the community, and USDA food. Services are available to seniors who live in south central and south Sacramento County. Also offers mental health services for seniors in our community.
